1. Is there an option for personal pickup?
- Yes, our store is located in Poznań at ul. Długa 13
and from Monday to Saturday you can collect your orders in person
2. What are the forms of payment?
- We support most available payment methods, from cash and cash on delivery, through cards, transfers and blik transfers.
3. What are the shipping options?
- We can send the parcel to a parcel locker or by courier straight to your door
4. Is it possible to find a specific model to order?
- Yes, we also import specific products, often
very hard to get, at the customer's special request
5. Are the goods sold authentic?
- Yes, we make every effort to ensure that customers always receive original clothes and shoes and we have a zero tolerance policy for non-original items
6. Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?
- Yes, we accept returns. Every customer has 14 days to reconsider the purchase or exchange it for another available size
7. What is the order processing time?
- We send parcels within 24-48 hours if the goods are in place, and in the case of items imported to order, the shipping time may be extended to 14 days, excluding the category "SNEAKERS GRAILS". In this case, the order time may be extended to even 30 days.
