Statute

The Seller, as part of the online store at http://www.sneakersdepot.pl, sells goods remotely in the territory of the Republic of Poland via the Internet. The Seller's activity consists of selling goods within the online Store.

The Seller provides information about the goods on the Store's website, indicated in point 1 above.

Orders for goods offered in the online Store are accepted:

• via the website www.sneakersdepot.pl,

Orders via the Internet can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, business days are all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The Store reserves the right to verify the placed order and cancel it (i.e., not accept the Customer's offer who placed the order), regardless of the Store's ability to fulfill the order, in the event of an order placed by a Customer who has not previously received the ordered goods or when the authenticity of the order is reasonably doubted.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive feedback sent by email to the email address provided in the registration form, confirming that the order has been placed correctly.

The order is fulfilled:

• in the case of orders paid by bank transfer – upon the crediting of the payment equal to the order value to the Seller's account,
• in the case of orders paid via przelewy24 – at the time of transaction authorization.

The entity providing online payment processing is Blue Media S.A.

The order will be fulfilled provided that the goods are available in the Store's warehouse or with the Store's suppliers. In the event that some of the goods covered by the order are unavailable, the Customer will be informed of the status of the order to make a decision regarding further action on the fulfillment of the order.

If the goods are unavailable, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of its conclusion. In the event that the Store exercises the above right, if the Customer has paid for the goods, the Store will refund the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

Information about the minimum duration of the Customer's obligations as a consumer, resulting from the goods sales contract, which is considered to be the time from placing the order to receiving the goods, is provided to the Customer immediately before the Customer places the order.

The total value of the order consists of: the price of the goods and shipping costs.

The prices of the goods are provided in the product descriptions on the online Store's website.

All prices listed on the online Store's website for the goods are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

The binding and final price of the goods is the price shown in the cart at the order summary.

The prices of the goods do not include shipping costs.

Information about the total value of the order, including the price of the goods and shipping costs, is presented to the Customer after selecting the delivery method and payment method, before the Customer places the order.

The Store reserves the right to make changes to the prices of products in the Store's assortment, to introduce and withdraw them from the Store's assortment, to conduct, cancel, and modify promotional campaigns. Orders placed before the effective date of changes to the price, terms of promotional campaigns, or sales will be fulfilled on the previous terms.

In the case of promotional products whose quantity is limited, orders are fulfilled in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until the supplies covered by this form of sale are exhausted.

Promotions in the online Store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of the given promotion state otherwise.

Free promotional accessories are not subject to exchange or complaints.

Shipping

In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827; "Consumer Rights Act"), a Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the goods sales contract without giving a reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs referred to in point 9 and point 13 below, within 14 days from the date the Customer (or another third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that:

Withdrawal from the goods sales contract is effected by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. A written declaration of withdrawal from the goods sales contract should be sent to the address: SNEAKERS DEPOT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Długa 13 , 61-850 Poznań

To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the goods sales contract specified in point 1 above, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

The Consumer may submit the declaration of withdrawal using the form whose sample is Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights, the form available at https://sneakersdepot.pl/apps/easy-return or in another form compliant with the Consumer Rights.

Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the Consumer Rights Act.

In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal from the contract, the purchased goods must be returned to the address: SNEAKERS DEPOT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Długa 13 , 61-850 Poznań, subject to point 7 below, immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before it expires.

If, due to the nature of the goods or the manner of their installation, delivery by the Customer to the address specified in point 6 above would be excessively difficult, the Customer is obliged to make the goods available to the Seller at the place where the goods are located

The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

The returned goods and the accessories included with them must not bear traces of use. The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Along with the returned goods, the proof of purchase and all free products and documents included with the returned goods must be returned.

In the event of the Customer's withdrawal from the goods sales contract, the contract is considered not to have been concluded. In such a case, the Seller will refund all payments made by the Customer, including the price of the goods and the costs incurred by the Customer in delivering the goods, subject to point 13 below, immediately, but no later than 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or the delivery by the Customer of proof of its dispatch – depending on which of these events occurs earlier, to the account specified by the Customer in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. If the Customer did not specify an account in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund the above-mentioned payments using the same payment method that the Customer used.

The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal from the goods sales contract in respect of a contract:

The presentation of goods on the online Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer submits an offer to purchase specified goods on the terms provided in the product description.

By confirming the placement of an order in the online Store, the Buyer submits a declaration that they have read the content of these Terms and Conditions and accepted the provisions contained therein.

These Terms and Conditions come into force on September 10, 2019, and their provisions apply to contracts concluded from that date.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on www.sneakersdepot.pl, provided that orders placed before the date of introduction of the changes are fulfilled on the basis of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date the order was placed.
