The Sneakers Depot online store, available at www.sneakersdepot.pl, is run by SNEAKERS DEPOT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY , entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister responsible for economy, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6060120685 , REGON 54221926200000

I. General provisions

  1. The Seller, through its online store at http://www.sneakersdepot.pl, conducts distance selling of goods in the Republic of Poland, via the Internet. The Seller's service consists of selling goods through the Online Store.

  2. The Seller publishes information about the goods on the Store's website, indicated in point 1 above.

II. Rules for placing and fulfilling orders

  1. Orders for goods offered in the Online Store are accepted:

    • via the website www.sneakersdepot.pl,
  2. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. Business days for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions are defined as all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  3. The Store reserves the right to verify the order placed and to cancel it (i.e. not accept the offer of the Customer who placed the order), regardless of the Store's ability to fulfill the order, in the case of an order placed by a Customer who has not previously collected the ordered goods or when the authenticity of the order raises reasonable doubt.

  4. After placing the order, the Customer will receive feedback via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration form, informing them that the order has been placed correctly.

  5. The order is fulfilled:

    • in the case of orders paid by bank transfer – upon receipt of payment corresponding to the value of the order on the Seller's account,
    • in the case of orders paid via przelewy24 – at the time of transaction authorization.
  6. The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media SA

  7. The order will be fulfilled provided that the goods are available in the warehouse or from the Store's suppliers. If some of the goods included in the order are unavailable, the Customer will be informed of the order status in order to decide how to proceed with the order.

  8. If the goods are unavailable, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of its conclusion. If the Store exercises this right, if the Customer has paid for the goods, the Store will refund the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

  9. Information on the minimum duration of the obligations of the Customer who is a consumer arising from the contract for the sale of goods, which is deemed to be the time from placing the order to receiving the goods, is provided to the Customer immediately before the Customer places the order.

III. Prices of goods

  1. The total value of the order includes: the price of the goods and shipping costs.

  2. The prices of goods are given in the description of the goods on the Online Store website.

  3. All prices displayed on the Online Store website next to the goods are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

  4. The binding and final price of the goods is the price given in the basket at the order summary.

  5. Goods prices do not include shipping costs.

  6. Information on the total value of the order, including the price of the goods and shipping costs, is presented to the Customer after selecting the delivery method and payment method, before the Customer places the order.

  7. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of products in its assortment, introduce and withdraw products from the Store's assortment, and conduct, cancel, and modify promotional campaigns. Orders placed before the effective date of price changes, promotional campaign terms, or sales will be fulfilled under the current terms.

  8. In the case of the sale of promotional products, the quantity of which is limited, orders are fulfilled in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.

  9. Promotions in the Online Store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.

  10. Free advertising supplements are not subject to exchange or complaint.

IV. Delivery

  1. Mail order

    1. Goods ordered in the online store are delivered to the address indicated in the order via courier companies.

    2. The order processing time includes the order completion time and delivery time.

    3. Orders placed from Monday to Friday are delivered within 2-5 business days.

    4. An order placed on a Saturday or public holiday (including Sundays and public holidays) will be delivered within 2-5 business days:

    5. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the above delivery times are extended by the time of transfer execution (the Store starts processing the order after the payment is credited to the account).

V. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827; "Consumer Rights Act"), the Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs referred to in points 9 and 13 below, within 14 days of the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier) taking possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract which:

    1. covers multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the taking of possession of the last good, batch or part,

    2. consists in the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time – from the moment of taking possession of the first of the goods.

  2. Withdrawal from the sales contract for goods is effected by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. The written declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract for goods should be sent to the following address: SNEAKERS DEPOT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY , ul. Długa 13, 61-850 Poznań

  3. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods, indicated in point 1 above, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of that deadline.

  4. The Consumer may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract on the form, the template of which constitutes Annex 2 to the Consumer Law, on the form available at www.sneakersdepot.pl/pages/zwroty or in another form consistent with the Consumer Law.

  5. Information on exercising the right of withdrawal is included in Annex 1 to the Consumer Rights Act.

  6. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, the purchased goods should be returned to the following address: SNEAKERS DEPOT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Długa 13 , 61-850 Poznań , subject to point 7 below, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before its expiry.

  7. If, due to the type of goods or the method of their installation, their delivery by the Customer to the address indicated in point 6 above would be excessively difficult, the Customer is obliged to make the goods available to the Seller at the place where the goods are located

  8. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

  9. Returned goods and accessories must not show any signs of use. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  10. The proof of purchase and all free products and documents accompanying the returned goods must be sent along with the returned goods.

  11. If the Customer withdraws from the sales contract, the contract is deemed null and void. In such a case, the Seller will refund all payments made by the Customer, including the price of the goods and the delivery costs incurred by the Customer, subject to point 13 below, immediately, but no later than within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or the Customer's provision of proof of shipment – ​​whichever comes first – to the account specified by the Customer in the declaration of withdrawal. If the Customer did not specify an account in the declaration of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the aforementioned payments using the same payment method used by the Customer.

  12. The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods in relation to the contract:

    1. the subject of which is goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.

VI. Final Provisions

  2. The presentation of goods on the Online Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer is making an offer to purchase a specific product under the terms specified in the product description.

  3. By confirming the placement of an order in the Online Store, the Buyer declares that he has read the content of these Regulations and accepts the provisions contained therein.

  4. These Regulations come into force on 10 September 2019 and their provisions apply to contracts concluded from that date.

  5. All changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the website www.sneakersdepot.pl, provided that orders placed before the date of introduction of the changes are fulfilled on the basis of the provisions of the Regulations in force on the date of placing the order.
