The Sneakers Depot online store, available at www.sneakersdepot.pl, is run by Kacper Wojciechowski, who runs a business under the name Sneakers Depot , entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) run by the minister responsible for the economy, NIP 6060108508, REGON 385694731

I. General provisions

  1. The Seller, as part of the online store at http://www.sneakersdepot.pl, conducts distance selling of goods in the territory of the Republic of Poland, via the Internet. The Seller's service consists of selling goods within the Online Store.

  2. The Seller publishes information about the goods on the Store’s website, indicated in point 1 above.

II. Rules for placing and fulfilling orders

  1. Orders for goods offered in the Online Store are accepted:

    • via the website www.sneakersdepot.pl,
  2. Orders via the Internet can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Working days for the purposes of these Regulations are all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  3. The Store reserves the right to verify the order placed and to cancel it (i.e. not accept the offer of the Customer who placed the order), regardless of the possibility of fulfilling the order by the Store, in the case of an order placed by a Customer who has not previously collected the ordered goods or when the authenticity of the order raises reasonable doubt.

  4. After placing the order, the Customer will receive feedback via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration form, providing information about the correctly placed order.

  5. The order will be fulfilled:

    • in the case of orders paid by bank transfer – upon posting of the payment in accordance with the value of the order to the Seller’s account,
    • in the case of orders paid via przelewy24 – at the time of transaction authorisation.
  6. The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media SA

  7. The order will be fulfilled provided that the goods are available in the warehouse or from the Store's suppliers. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order, the Customer will be informed about the status of the order in order to make a decision regarding further proceedings regarding the execution of the order.

  8. If the goods are unavailable, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of its conclusion. In the event that the Store exercises the above right, if the Customer has paid for the goods, the Store will return the payment to the Customer immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

  9. Information on the minimum duration of the obligations of the Customer who is a consumer, arising from the contract for the sale of goods, which is deemed to be the time from placing an order to receiving the goods, is provided to the Customer immediately before the Customer places the order.

III. Prices of goods

  1. The total value of the order consists of: the price of the goods and shipping costs.

  2. The prices of goods are given in the description of goods on the Online Store website.

  3. All prices listed on the Online Store website next to the goods are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

  4. The binding and final price of the goods is the price given in the basket at the order summary.

  5. Goods prices do not include shipping costs.

  6. Information on the total value of the order, including the price of the goods and shipping costs, is presented to the Customer after selecting the form of delivery and payment, before the Customer places the order.

  7. The Store reserves the right to make changes to the prices of products in the Store's assortment, to introduce and withdraw them from the Store's assortment, to conduct, cancel and modify promotional campaigns. Orders placed before the date of entry into force of price changes, terms of promotional campaigns or sales will be fulfilled on the previous terms.

  8. In the case of the sale of promotional products, the quantity of which is limited, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.

  9. Promotions in the Online Store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.

  10. Free advertising supplements are not subject to exchange or complaint.

IV. Delivery

  1. Shipping

    1. Goods ordered in the online store are delivered to the address indicated in the order via courier companies.

    2. The order processing time consists of the order completion time and the delivery time.

    3. Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

    4. An order placed on a Saturday or a public holiday (including Sundays and public holidays) will be delivered within 2-5 business days:

    5. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the above delivery times are extended by the time of transfer execution (the Store starts processing the order after the payment has been credited to the account).

V. Right of withdrawal

  1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827; "Consumer Rights Act"), a Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from a sales agreement for goods without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs referred to in points 9 and 13 below, within 14 days of the Customer (or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier) taking possession of the goods, and in the case of an agreement that:

    1. covers multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the taking of possession of the last good, batch or part,

    2. consists in the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time - from the taking possession of the first of the goods.

  2. Withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods takes place by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller. A written declaration of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods should be sent to the following address: Sneakers Depot , Kacper Wojciechowski, ul. Długa 13, 61-850 Poznań

  3. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods, specified in point 1 above, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline expires.

  4. The Consumer may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract on a form, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Law, on a form available at www.sneakersdepot.pl/zwrot or in another form consistent with the Consumer Law.

  5. Information on exercising the right to withdraw from the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Consumer Rights Act.

  6. In the event that the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, the purchased goods must be returned to the following address: Sneakers Depot , Kacper Wojciechowski, ul. Długa 13 , 61-850 Poznań , subject to point 7 below, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before it expires.

  7. If, due to the type of goods or the manner of their installation, their delivery by the Customer to the address indicated in point 6 above would be excessively difficult, the Customer is obliged to make the goods available to the Seller at the place where the goods are located

  8. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

  9. The returned goods and accessories must not show any signs of use. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  10. Together with the returned goods, you must send back your proof of purchase and all free products and documents attached to the returned goods.

  11. In the event of the Customer withdrawing from the contract for the sale of goods, this contract is considered not to have been concluded. In such a case, the Seller shall return all payments made by the Customer, including the price of the goods and the costs of delivering the goods incurred by the Customer, subject to point 13 below, immediately, but no later than within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or the Customer providing proof of sending them - depending on which of these events occurs first, to the account indicated by the Customer in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. If the Customer did not indicate an account in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return the above-mentioned payments using the same method of payment as used by the Customer.

  12. The right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods is not granted to the Customer in relation to the contract:

    1. the subject of which are goods which after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items.

VI. Final Provisions

  2. The presentation of goods on the Online Store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase a specific product under the conditions specified in the product description.

  3. By confirming the placement of an order in the Online Store, the Buyer declares that he/she has read the content of these Regulations and accepts the provisions contained therein.

  4. These Regulations enter into force on 10 September 2019 and their provisions apply to contracts concluded from that date.

  5. All changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the website www.sneakersdepot.pl, provided that orders placed before the date of introduction of changes are fulfilled on the basis of the provisions of the Regulations in force on the date of placing the order.
