Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Period

1.1. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the shoes.

1.2. The warranty period begins on the date of issue of the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or sales invoice.

2. Scope of the Warranty

2.1. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects occurring in products during normal use.

2.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.

2.3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper cleaning and drying by the user (washing the shoes in a washing machine, drying them on a radiator, or in hot places).

3. Complaints

3.1. The customer is obliged to submit a complaint regarding product defects covered by the warranty within 14 days of their discovery.

3.2. Complaints can be submitted in person at a stationary store or via the complaint form available on the website.

4. Complaints Procedure

4.1. To file a complaint, the customer should deliver the defective shoes along with the original proof of purchase to our store or send them to the following address: Długa 13, 61-850 Poznań.

4.2. Upon receipt of the complaint, the shoes will be inspected to check their condition and determine the cause of the complaint.

4.3. If the complaint is accepted, the customer has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Warranty Exclusions

5.1. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, damage caused by external factors, or changes in the appearance of the product resulting from its natural use.

5.2. The warranty will not apply if the customer has made unauthorized repairs or changes to the product.
